Terms and Conditions for Streamline Services Group

Welcome to Streamline Services Group (https://www.streamlineservicesgroup.com.au/). By accessing our website or booking our air conditioning cleaning services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (T&C). Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • Streamline Services Group provides air conditioning cleaning services on the Sunshine Coast, including areas from Caloundra to Noosa.

  • Our standard service rate is $99 per unit, unless otherwise specified during booking.

  • These T&C apply to all users, including customers, visitors, and anyone interacting with our website or services.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: Services can be booked via our website, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or call from us.

  • Payment: Full payment of $99 per unit (or as quoted) is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a $20 fee.

  • Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed services. If we cannot perform the service due to our fault, a full refund will be issued.

3. Service Scope

  • Our $99 air con cleaning service includes cleaning filters, coils, and drains, and removing visible mold and debris, subject to the unit’s condition.

  • Additional fees may apply for repairs, parts, or extensive mold removal, which will be quoted before proceeding.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage to air conditioning units or issues arising from improper maintenance by the customer.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe access to the air conditioning unit and ensure the area is clear of obstacles.

  • Inform us of any known issues with the unit (e.g., leaks, electrical faults) before service begins.

  • Ensure someone over 18 is present during the service, or provide prior authorization for entry.

5. Liability

  • Streamline Services Group is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from the use of our services, except where caused by our negligence.

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of business, inconvenience) resulting from our services.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service ($99 per unit) or the amount paid, whichever is higher.

6. Health and Safety

  • Our services aim to improve air quality by removing mold and allergens, but we cannot guarantee the elimination of all health risks.

  • Customers with allergies or respiratory conditions should consult a doctor if concerned about air quality.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (e.g., text, images, logos) is owned by Streamline Services Group and may not be reproduced without permission.

  • You may not use our name, logo, or branding for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Privacy

  • We collect personal information (e.g., name, address, phone) to provide our services. See our Privacy Policy (link-to-privacy-page) for details.

  • We do not share your data with third parties except as required to perform our services (e.g., payment processors) or by law.

9. Promotions and Offers

  • Special offers (e.g., 10% off for first-time customers) are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

10. Governing Law

  • These T&C are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Queensland courts.

  • We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these T&C limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

  • Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
